- Programming of work
- Installation of commercial appliances, fixtures and tapware with all associated Plumbing and Gas services work (including location and connection to existing boundary service and meter)
- Property sewer drainage (with all required pipes, junctions, bends, pits and floor wastes)
- Sanitary plumbing (all pipes, bends, offsets, branches, couplings, brackets and sundry equipment to complete the installation of a sanitary plumbing system)
- Trade waste application (grease trap)
- Water Service (installation of ceiling, wall and underground pipework from the water main to fixtures within the business premises)
- Commercial hot & cold water supply (including hot water units branch lines, relief pipes, thermostatic valves and insulation)
- Backflow protection at individual fixtures and zone protection at property boundary connections, to meet with the requirements of the Water Corporation of Western Australia and Australian standards (installation of RPZD backflow prevention valves)
- Plumbing and gas service systems testing
- Demolition – excavation – backfilling – compaction and dewatering works associated with all the above tasks
- Submission of required plumbing and gas ‘as constructed drawings’
- Commissioning and certifications, submission of permits and fees to the Water Corporation & Local Council
